Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized furniture carrier to collect the items directly from your doorstep.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
